Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
The Greater Dayton IT Alliance is under contract and financially responsible for all event reservations.
Registrants that have not cancelled their reservation but are unable to attend an event will be invoiced for payment.
Event reservation cancellations must be received in writing 2-business days prior to the event; technical training cancellations must be received 14 business days prior to the course start date. Please forward cancellations to Andy Hickey at AHickey@gdita.org or call to 937-229-9090.
Registration deadline is 2 business days before the event.
Registrations received after the deadline will be processed on a space available basis, be subject to additional fees and are non-refundable.
